Terms of Use

Locumo · Last updated 5 October 2026

Locumo is a work diary and invoicing tool for locum practitioners, operated by Teleop Ltd (company number 16243356, registered in England and Wales). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for the accuracy of what you record in the app. You must be 18 or over to use Locumo. You can delete your account at any time from Settings, and doing so removes your data from our systems.

What Locumo does, and does not do

Locumo helps you record shifts, work out what you are owed, and produce invoices and summaries from what you have entered. It is a record-keeping tool, not an accountant. The figures it produces depend on what you put in, and you remain responsible for your own tax returns, invoices and financial decisions. We do not provide tax, accounting or legal advice.

Free features and Locumo Pro

The calendar is free, and stays free: recording shifts, quick add and editing for up to four practices, the month's earnings and miles on your calendar, shift reminders and time-to-leave alerts, and importing from your calendar or forwarded emails. Everyone gets a free trial of everything when they start.

Locumo Pro is a paid subscription. It includes:

If your trial ends or your subscription stops, nothing you have recorded is deleted. Your calendar keeps working, four of your practices stay active and the rest are kept but paused, and you can still open, download and mark as paid the invoices you have already created. Subscribing again reactivates everything.

Founders

Accounts that were using Locumo before paid plans began are founder accounts. On a founder account, every feature Locumo has on the day paid plans begin stays free, for as long as the account exists, with no trial and no subscription needed. Features we add after that day may be part of Locumo Pro for founders too, and we will say so when they arrive. We may also make other accounts founders. Founder status belongs to the account: it cannot be transferred, and it ends if the account is deleted.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

Locumo Pro renews automatically at the price shown when you subscribe, until you cancel. Where you bought it determines how you cancel it:

Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for. Deleting your Locumo account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription, because only you can cancel those. Cancel there first, or you may continue to be charged. Refunds for App Store and Google Play purchases are handled by Apple and Google under their own policies.

Prices may change. If a price changes for an existing subscription, you will be told before it takes effect and can cancel if you would rather not continue.

Acceptable use

Use Locumo for your own work records. Do not attempt to break into other people’s accounts, disrupt the service, or use it to send unsolicited or misleading invoices. We may suspend an account that is being used this way.

Availability

We work to keep Locumo running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will be available without interruption. Keep your own copies of anything you need for your records; the app provides exports for exactly that.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Beyond that, our liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Referrals

Where a referral scheme is offered to your account, these conditions apply to it. They are written here so they are available whether or not the scheme is running at the moment you read this.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Questions about these terms: kumell@teleop.co.uk.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
