Delete your account

Locumo

You can permanently delete your Locumo account and all of the data associated with it at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed.

Delete your account in the app

The quickest way is directly in Locumo, on your phone or on the web:

• Open Locumo and sign in.
• Go to Settings.
• Select Delete account.
• Confirm with your password.

Your account is then erased. This action cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email kumell@teleop.co.uk from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and remove your account and data, normally within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all of your data from our database, including your profile and settings, your saved practices, your shifts, and your invoices. Nothing is retained after deletion.
